Spain: Mediapro acquires Lots 2 and 5 of TV rights for the 2016-2019 cycle (€20m per year)

Mediapro has acquired Lots 2 and 5 of the domestic TV rights tender to LaLiga, LaLiga2, and the Copa del Rey for the 2016-2019 cycle, announced LaLiga on 30/06/2016. The Spanish audiovisual group made the best offer for Lot 2 (€17m per year) and was the only party to bid for Lot 5, for up to €3m per year.
