Digital: investment fund Bruin Sports Capital acquires Italian company deltatre

Bruin Sports Capital, a US investment group specialising in sports, acquired deltatre, the Italian company specialised in digital solutions for broadcasters and organisers of sporting events, announced George Pyne, founder and CEO of Bruin Sports Capital, and Giampiero Rinaudo, CEO and co-founder of deltatre, on 30/06/2016.

The agreement provides that the two co-founders of deltatre, Luca Marini and Giampiero Rinaudo, retain a minority stake in deltatre. Giampiero Rinaudo will remain CEO.
