Liverpool FC: "Anfield Forever" project allows supporters chance to buy a personalised plaque

Liverpool FC (Premier League) are selling personalised plaques to their fans for the walkway in front of the Main Stand, which is the principal stand of Anfield, announced the club, on 12/07/2016.

Currently under renovation, the Main Stand will accommodate 21,000 spectators in 2016-17, against 12,500 previously, raising the overall Anfield capacity from 45,500 to 54,000 seats. As part of the work in renovating the stadium, Liverpool FC created "Anfield Forever", a walkway in which granite plaques will be installed which will aim to showcase the history of club, its players, and its fans.

Liverpool's fans have a choice of three types of plaques priced between £60 ad £499 (€73-€600). The price differs depending on the size of the plaque (20cm x 10cm, 20cm x 20cm, or 40cm x 40cm) and the number of characters used to write the selected message.
