Premier League: American football stars pay a visit to Tottenham ahead of hosting NFL games

Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League) began their collaboration with the NFL by posting two videos on social networks, one of which depicts the American football star Odell Beckham Jr. (New York Giants) and the Argentinian international footballer Eric Lamela (Tottenham Hotspur), announced the English club on 19/07/2016. The two players reconstructed the famous, one-handed reception for a touchdown by Odell Beckham Jr against the Dallas Cowboys on 23/11/2014 (see below).

Four days earlier, on 15/07/2016, Tottenham had already welcomed two American football players, DeAngelo Hall and Chris Baker (from the Washington Redskins franchise).

From the 2018-19 season, the London club will host, for a duration of 10 years (2018-2027), a minimum of two American football games per season in their new stadium, with a capacity of 61,000 seats, located on the White Hart Lane site. Tottenham Hotspur plan to play in this ground from the start of the 2018-19 season.
