Ligue 1: AS Monaco and Nike unveil the 2016-17 away shirt via a virtual reality movie

AS Monaco (Ligue 1) and the sports equipment manufacturer Nike presented the 2016-17 away kit of the club using a virtual reality device, in Paris (FRA), on 25/07/2016. Media and influencers were invited to watch a preview of a film directed by Shine 360°, a subsidiary of the production company Shine France, shown via virtual reality headsets.

"As the first club to use virtual reality technology to launch a new shirt, AS Monaco will continue to evolve as an innovative player, a club willing to offer greater proximity, pleasure, and sensation to a passionate and strong community of fans," stated the club on 25/07/2016.

In the film, AS Monaco offer its fans the opportunity to discover, in 360 degrees, important places in the life of the club, such as the training centre La Turbie, and the dressing rooms. Seven players, including the Colombian international Radamel Falcao and the Brazilian Vagner Love, appear in the video. This film is to be unveiled in the Monaco club shop this summer.
