Champions League: 3^rd qualifying round return legs on 02 and 03/08/2016, 10 months before the final

The 15 return leg matches of the third qualifying round of the 2016-17 Champions League are scheduled for 02 and 03/08/2016, 10 months before the final of the competition, to be held at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff (Wales, UK), on Saturday, 03/06/2016.

The winners of the third qualifying round will qualify for the Champions League play-offs, for which the draw will take place on Friday, 05/08/2016 at midday (matches to be played on 16-17 and 23-24/08/2016). Defeated clubs will be placed into the 2016-17 Europa League group stage.

The stadium that will host the the Champions League final was confirmed by the UEFA Executive Committee on 30/06/2015. The Principality Stadium (74,500 seats) hosted six FA Cup finals between 2001 and 2006 during the renovation of Wembley Stadium (London, England, UK).
