ECA: the format of the European Cups to be discussed at the General Assembly in Geneva in September

The ECA is organising its 17th General Assembly at the President Wilson Hotel in Geneva (Switzerland), on 05 and 06/09/2016. The award ceremony of the ECA will take place on 05/09/2016, while the plenary session will be held on 06/09/2016.
