Premier League: Veqta platform concludes distribution agreement with Manchester City FC in India

Veqta, the premier Indian platform for sports streaming content, has concluded a distribution agreement with Manchester City FC (Premier League), valid in India, on 16/08/2016. "This landmark partnership will engage the club with millions of Blues and sports fans in one of the world’s fastest growing football markets, whilst also allowing Veqta to offer a truly global content experience," said Manchester City on 16/08/2016.

Veqta, which recently launched its OTT platform through applications on Android and IOS, will integrate several programmes designed by Manchester City FC into its content, largely based around the content of the club's channel City TV, such as exclusive training sessions, interviews of players or episodes of the series "Global City Fans", featuring meetings between the Mancunian club's players and supporters worldwide.
