France: SFR launches bundle offers containing SFR Sport and beIN Sports channels

"The SFR Sport and beIN Sport channels and will be offered in the SFR Sport "Box Power" offer for €29.99 per month for 12 months, thanks to a partnership with beIN Sports," announced the French telecommunications group SFR, on 16/08/2016. This offer, which includes the channels of the "Box Starter" offer (€19.99 per month for 12 months), includes the five SFR Sport channels.

SFR Sport 1 broadcasts, exclusively in France, Premier League games, which its parent company Altice, a Dutch holding of telecommunications groups and cable operators, acquired the TV rights for the 2016 to 2019 period, on 26/11/2015. These bundled pay-TV offers (see below), are valid via promotion from 17/08/2016 to 10/03/2016, and include a bouquet of beIN Sports and beIN Sports MAX channels. After 12 months, the "Box Starter" offer then goes to €44.98 per month and the "Box Power" offer goes to €54.98 per month, excluding the rental costs for boxes.
