Juventus Stadium: Philips (lighting) produces sound and light show for the announcement of the team

Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) and its "lighting" partner, Philips Lighting Italia SpA, provided a sound and light show for fans at Juventus Stadium (41,000 seats) for the announcement of the starting 11 against ACF Fiorentina (2-1, Matchday 1 of the 2016-17 Serie A), on 20/08/2016.

The sound and light show lasted for approximately 60 seconds before the Juventus Stadium announcer announced the names of the first 11 and the available substitutes. As soon as the audience chanted the name of a Juve player, the noise was accompanied with a rapid and sharp increase in light intensity on LED projectors, giving a visual and audible impression of the Juventus Stadium "exploding".

Philips Lighting Italia, a subsidiary of the Dutch technology group Philips, became a "lighting" partner of Juventus until June 2017, on 17/02/2016. As part of the agreement, Philips has installed innovative lighting systems in the hospitality areas of the Juventus Stadium, and enhanced the lighting solution of the Turin stadium, with 396 LED devices installed under the roof and on the technical bridges of the stadium…
