2016-17 Europa League: results of the draw for the group stage

UEFA concluded the draw for the group stage of the 2016-17 Europa League 2016-17, held in Monaco, on Friday, 26/08/2016. The 48 qualified teams were placed in four pots of 12, and then drawn into 12 groups of four teams each.

The European Top 5 leagues (LaLiga Santander, Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A TIM, Ligue 1) have a total of 13 clubs in the 2016-17 Europa League group stage:

• Spain (3 clubs): Athletic Club Bilbao, RC Celta de Vigo, Villareal CF
• Germany (2): 1.FSV Mainz 05, FC Schalke 04
• England (2): Manchester United FC, Southampton FC
• Italy (4): AS Roma, US Sassuolo, ACF Fiorentina, FC Internazionale Milano
• France (2): AS Saint-Etienne, OGC Nice
