South Korea - China (3-2) at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, in Group A of the third round of qualification for the Asian zone for the 2018 World Cup, drew an average of 17.9 million viewers in China on the Chinese OTT platform LeSports, on Thursday, 01/09/2016 (kick-off at 20:00 local time), said the Chinese media website Yutang Sports on 07/09/2016.

AFC qualification matches for the 2018 World Cup will be accessible exclusively to subscribers of "LeSports VIP", except for the matches of the Chinese national team. LeSports, the sports portal of LeEco, a Chinese technology and digital content company, launched "LeSports VIP", its first pay offer in China, on 06/04/2016. For 590 yuan per year (about €80 as of 11/04/2016), 159 yuan per quarter (€21.5) ,or 59 yuan per month (€8), subscribers of "LeSports VIP" can follow more than 310 sports events, including one game per matchday of the CSL exclusively (starting from Matchday 16 of the 2016 season).
