Heritage Days: 3,800 visitors to the Allianz Riviera and the Musée National du Sport in Nice (FRA)

The Allianz Riviera (36,178 seats), which is home to French club OGC Nice (Ligue 1) and the Musée National du Sport, located in the stadium, opened their doors free of charge to the public, as in 2015, for the European Heritage Days, with a total attendance of 3,800 people from 17 to 18/09/2016.

"The 2016 edition theme was 'Heritage and Citizenship'. This is an opportunity to discover or rediscover the Allianz Riviera, but also the last opportunity to visit the Euro 2016 themed exhibition 'Gooal! Rendez-vous Européen' (Gooal! the European meeting) at the Musée National du Sport," announced the stadium and the museum, on 16/09/2016.

Visitors were able to enjoy tours as well as open access to sporting and entertainment (fencing, torball, wheelchair basketball, sports in the dark) and presentations on the subject of sustainable development and objects collected by the Museum.
