Juventus: record turnover of €387.9m (+11.4%) in 2015-16, net profit of €4.1m

Juventus (Serie A TIM) reported a record turnover (both for the club and for any Serie A club) of €387.9m for the 2015-16 financial year (01/07/2015 to 30/06/2016), an increase of 11.4% over 2014-15 (€348.2m), the club announced after the approval of the drafts for the 2015-16 accounts by the club's board of directors, on 21/09/2016.

The accounts will be submitted for final approval at the shareholder's meeting at Juventus Stadium in Turin (ITA) on 25/10/2016. The 2015-16 net profit amounted to €4.1m, representing an increase of 78.3% (€2.3m) for the second consecutive positive year (which had not happened in 15 years ), added Juventus on 21/09/2016.

Furthermore, gains from player trading (from €23.5 in 2014-15 to €46.4m in 2015-16, +97%) - which does not include the transfer of Paul Pogba to Manchester United FC (Premier League) in August 2016 (which will be accounted for in the 2016-17 fiscal year) - showed the biggest increase in revenue, with partnerships and sponsorship next (€53.8m to €70m, + 30%).
