Lagardère Sports & Entertainment: Andrew Georgiou becomes the CEO, on 22/09/2016

Andrew Georgiou was appointed CEO of Lagardère Sports & Entertainment, the division of Lagardère Sports specialising in sports and entertainment, on 22/09/2016. He succeeds Arnaud Lagardère, a General Partner and Managing Director of Lagardère SCA, who "during the creation of the branch, as well as on the last Investor Day organised by the group, said he would pass over, when the time came, the control of the direction of Lagardère Sports and Entertainment. As the new CEO of Lagardère Sports and Entertainment, Andrew Georgiou will sit on the high committee of Lagardère SCA," said the Lagardère group.

"Over the past two years, Andrew has done a remarkable job. He was able to implement the complex integration process of Lagardère Sports and Entertainment, while demonstrating his ability to extend the expertise of the company worldwide but also develop the business in new areas.
