OL Groupe: 2015-16 financial results

The presentation of the 2015-16 OL Groupe financial results states that Olympique Lyonnais (Lihue 1) have "entered a new era in its economic development," stated holding company of the club on 29/09/2016. The financial report detailsthe impact of the boost in ticketing revenue with the opening of Parc OL, and the OL Groupe's overall strategy, which recorded a total turnover of €218.1m on 30/06/2016, compared to €103.5m one year earlier, for an increase of €114.6m (+111%).

OL Groupe, approved the accounts for the 2015-16 fiscal year, on 28/09/2016 including a gross operating profit (EBITDA) of €52.1m on 30/06/2016, compared to -€7.2m one year earlier. Profit from ordinary activities also improved by €45.1m, from -€18.1m to €27m on 30/06/2015 for the 2015-16 fiscal year. The net profit of OL Groupe amounted to €9.8m on 30/06/2016, or €31.2m more than in 2014-15 (-€21.4m).
