Bundesliga: nine games of Matchday 6 drew 3.46 million subscribers on Sky Deutschland channels

The nine games of Matchday 6 of the 2016-17 Bundesliga, played from 30/09 to 02/10/2016, drew a total of 3.46 million subscribers on average on the German pay-TV channels of Sky Bundesliga, according to data from the German institutes of audience measurement AGF and GfK.

RB Leipzig - FC Augsburg (2-1) drew 340,000 subscribers on average on Sky Bundesliga HD 1, on Friday, 30/09/2016 from 20:30 CET. This is the lowest audience for a Bundesliga game broadcast on Friday night since December 2015. 1.3 million subscribers followed the games and the Bundesliga multiplex on Saturday at 15:30 CET, a season high mark, and the best figure since the 34th and final matchday of the 2015-16 Bundesliga season, on 14/05/2016.

The best audience of the weekend was for FC Bayern Munich - 1. FC Köln (1-1), which drew 779,762 subscribers on average on Sky Bundesliga HD 2 and via the multiplex, on Saturday, 01/10/2016 from 15:30 CET.

The lowest audience was for FC Ingolstadt 04 - TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (1-2), which was watched by 15,595 subscribers on Sky Bundesliga HD 6 and via the multiplex, on 01/10/2016…
