Italy: Lotto brand sponsor for "United for Peace" match at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on 12/10/2016

The Italian sports equipment company Lotto Sport Italia was the technical sponsor of the second edition of the charity match "Uniti per la pace" ("United for Peace"), held at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome (ITA), on Wednesday, 12/10/2016 (kick-off at 21:15 CET, and broadcast in Italy on the public channel Rai 1).

This solidarity gathering, initiated by Pope Francis, aims to support the social and educational programmes of the Fondations Scholas Occurrentes, CSI, UNITALSI, and AMLIB. This second edition also sought to raise funds to help people affected by the earthquake in the Umbria region, about 150 kilometers northeast of Rome, on 24/08/2016, which at least 250 dead.

Lotto Sport Italia provided the uniforms and the ball for this charity match, which included stars of yesterday and today such as Diego Armando Maradona, Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos, Juan Sebastian Veron, Hernan Crespo, Francesco Totti, Gianluca Zambrotta, and Antonio Di Natale.
