Premier League: Manchester City FC improve its "CityVR" application, dedicated to virtual reality

Manchester City FC (Premier League) have updated its application dedicated to virtual reality, "CityVR", announced the club on 30/09/2016. Manchester City FC launched the first version of its "CityVR" app one year ago, on 14/09/2015.

With this new release, fans of the club have access to the key moments of the home games of the 2015-16 season from different angles. To enrich the experience, fans have at their disposal information and complementary statistics, and can also enjoy the best club videos on the YouTube platform.

"Our trial with live VR last season was eye-opening, with fans reacting in awe of the immersive nature of the experience. With the launch of CityVR on the Oculus platform, we’re now able to let millions of fans around the world experience that same content also," said Diego Gigliani, senior vice-president of media and innovation at City Football Group, on 30/09/2016.
