Dejan Savicevic has been unanimously re-elected as president of the FSCG (Football Federation of Montenegro) at the association's General Assembly on the 12/07/2013.

The former Yugoslav international player (55 caps and 22 goals between 1986 and 1998) has been head of the FSCG since 2006, when Montenegro gained independence.

The General Assembly was also informed of the help being given to Montenegro's football infrastructures by UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) through its HatTrick assistance programme.

  • "Being a president is a big honour and, at the same time, a big responsibility. It's an honour because football is by far the most popular sport in Montenegro, and an obligation because there are a lot of challenges ahead of us," said Dejan Savicevic.
