LaLiga Santander: Kutxabank (bank) extends its partnership with Real Sociedad until 2026-27

The Spanish banking group Kutxabank has extended its partnership with Real Sociedad (LaLiga Santander) until 2026-27, the club announced on 16/10/2016. This agreement, currently standing at a period of 10 years, may be subject to revision after five years. Kutxabank has been a partner of Real Sociedad for over twenty years.

With this partnership, Kutxabank will finance part of the renovation of the Estadio Anoeta (32,073 seats) in exchange for visibility, thus giving visibility on the back of the shirt of all Real Sociedad teams and on all club advertising media. The foundation of the banking group will also work on various social projects.

• Real Sociedad (LaLiga Santander Spanish first division (20 clubs); naming rights contract to the bank Santander since 2016. ) wish to remove its athletics track and increase the capacity of its stadium to 42,300 seats.
• The overall cost of the stadium renovations is estimated at approximately €50.75m, according to Real Sociedad on 11/08/2016.
