Premier League: Jürgen Klopp, manager of Liverpool FC, becomes an ambassador of New Balance

Jürgen Klopp, the German manager of Liverpool FC (Premier League), became an ambassador of the American brand New Balance on 19/10/2016. New Balance is also the kit supplier of the English club since 2012-13 (first under the Warrior brand, a subsidiary of New Balance, from 2012 to 2015, then with New Balance between 2015 and 2018).

The announcement of the partnership was part of a live broadcast on the official Facebook account of New Balance Football, at Anfield on 19/10/2016. "I am excited to now be part of the New Balance team. I've got to know the brand very well since moving to Liverpool. New Balance shares my enthusiasm for football, always working hard to improve our position in the game and reach our goals. I’m excited for what the future will bring," said Jürgen Klopp on 19/10/2016.
