England: 2018-2024 international TV rights of the FA Cup to the Pitch and IMG agencies for $1bn

The agencies Pitch International and IMG have acquire the international audiovisual rights to the Emirates FA Cup from the FA for six years, starting from the 2018-19 season, and for an amount of nearly nearly one billion dollars (€918m), announced the three parties on 24/10/2016. The agreement includes, in addition to the FA Cup, the FA Community Shield and the FA Youth Cup (dedicated to youth teams).

Pitch International obtained the broadcasting rights for Europe and the MENA region for $300m (€276m), while IMG obtained rights to the rest of the world for $700m (€643m) for the 2018-2024 period, according to multiple British media outlets on 21/10/2016.
