Inter Milan: turnover of €241.4m (+21%) in 2015-16, but net loss of €59.6m

FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM) recorded a total turnover of €241.4m for the 2015-16 fiscal year (from 01/07/2015 to 30/06/2016), an increase of 21.6% over the 2014-15 fiscal year (€198.5m), according to the consolidated results approved at the club's shareholders' meeting on 28/10/2016.

Inter Milan recorded an EBITDA of €10.1m in 2015-16, up sharply compared to 2014-15 (€0.5m). The net loss for the club came to €-59.6m in 2015-16, against €-140.4m in 2015-16 (-65%).

The Chinese conglomerate Suning, specialised in the distribution of electronic products and home appliances among other activities, became the majority shareholder of FC Internazionale Milano, acquiring a 68.55% stake in the club on 06/06/2016. "(A) capital increase of €142m and subsequent additional funding for a total amount of €180m provided by the new majority shareholder, granted new financial resources improving the company's capability to finance its business," stated Inter Milan.
