International Board: 131^st annual working meeting at Wembley (London), Thursday, 03/11/2016

The 131^st annual business meeting of the IFAB will take place on Thursday, 03/11/2016 at Wembley Stadium, London (UK), announced FIFA on 01/11/2016.

"Feedback from The IFAB advisory panels will help the deliberations on a number of topics at the meeting, including proposed Law changes for 2017-18, trying to define handball’ offences more consistently and there will be detailed updates on the ongoing experiments with Video Assistant Referees, fourth substitutions in extra time and temporary dismissals ('sin bins')," stated the international federation.

Martin Glenn, chief executive of the English FA, will chair this preparatory meeting for the 131^st annual general meeting of the IFAB, scheduled in London on 03/03/2017.
