FC Internazionale Milano: resignation of CEO Michael Bolingbroke (ENG), replaced by Jun Liu (CHN)

Michael Bolingbroke has resigned from his post as the CEO of FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM), the club said in a statement on 07/11/2016. Bolingbroke had held the post since July 2014, after serving as the chief operating officer of Manchester United FC (Premier League) between 2007 and 2014.

Michael Bolingbroke will be replaced by the Jun Liu, who will serve in an interim capacity. Jun Liu is the vice-president of Suning Sports Group, a subsidiary of the Chinese conglomerate Suning, which acquired a 68.55% stake in FC Internazionale Milano for €270m in June 2016.

Already a member of the board of directors of the club, Jun Liu (40 years old) will move to Milan (ITA) and handle the club's day-to-day management.
