Facebook: Top 100 European clubs with the most fans (November 2016)

With 94.61 million fans, FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) are the most followed European club on Facebook, according to data compiled by News Tank Football, which features a Top 100 list of the most popular European clubs on this social network as of 02/11/2016.

Barcelona remain ahead of another Spanish club, Real Madrid CF, who count 92.56 million fans on Facebook. The podium is completed by Manchester United FC (Premier League), with 71.44 million. With 656,850 new fans in the last month, Juventus (Serie A TIM) are the Top 5 club who gained the most new fans since October 2016.

OGC Nice (Ligue 1, +7.7%) display the best percentage growth of the Top 100 European clubs on Facebook, ahead of AS Monaco (+4.5%) and Stoke City FC (Premier League, +3.2%).

In October 2016, RSC Anderlecht (Jupiler Pro League) became the 48^th club to reach one million fans on Facebook. In the European Top 100, 11 clubs have over 20 million fans, and 14 others more than 10 million.
