Premier League: Liverpool FC agree three charity partnerships

Liverpool FC (7^th in the Premier League in 2012/13) have chosen three 'charity partners' on their pre-season tour of Indonesia, Australia and Thailand, the club announced on the 18/07/2013. Liverpool's official charity, the Liverpool FC Foundation, is now affiliated with the Reagan Milstein Foundation (Australia), the British Council and Premier League's Premier Skills' Gocekz Project (Indonesia) and the Bangkok School for the Blind (Thailand).

As part of these new agreements, each charity received 500 tickets to watch team training sessions in Australia, Indonesia and Thailand. Long-term support includes sending signed Liverpool FC merchandise to be auctioned by the charities in order to raise money. The partnerships also consist of visibility on the club's website and social media channels to promote fundraising activities. Finally, at the end of the season, the charities will receive a batch of unused kits to share among the people they help.
