Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 champions in 2012/13) have established a new set of rules and regulations for the Parc des Princes (capacity: 45,000 seats) for the 2013/14 season, on the 21/07/2013.

Supporters who must sign these regulations when buying their season ticket, are no longer allowed to smoke "cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes" in the stands and all other areas of the stadium.

The regulations have prohibited supports from "disturbing other spectators by standing in the aisles, entry or exit points and stairwells, and standing up in the stands." In reality, supporters in the kop did not strictly adhere to this rule during the 2012/13 season.

"Any image, sound or photograph taken in the stadium by a person attending an event, may be used for strictly personal use only, in the private and non-commercial sphere (which excludes broadcast on online video platforms)." This rule has prohibited the online broadcast or publication of material on social networks since the 2012/13 season.
