Matchday 12 of the 2016-17 LaLiga Santander season drew an average of 32,284 spectators per game, for an average stadium fill rate of 80%, from 18/11 to 21/11/2016. The average attendance of the Spanish league is currently 28,835 fans per game on the season (average fill rate: 76%).

FC Barcelona - Malaga CF (0-0) recorded the highest attendance of Matchday 12, with 83,439 spectators at the Camp Nou (stadium fill rate: 84%). This is the fourth consecutive time that Barça have drawn more than 80,000 spectators for a home game.

Five games of Matchday 12 drew more than 34,000 spectators, a record high in 2016-17, allowing the Matchday to be the second best attended round of the season, despite two matches played in front of fewer than 10,000 people.
