Hackett to become Chelsea FC's official formal wear supplier for three seasons

London tailor Hackett have agreed to be Chelsea FC's (3^rd in the Premier League in 2012/13) official formal wear supplier for three seasons, on the 22/07/2013.

Under the agreement, the menswear brand will dress the first-team squad, management and coaching staff until the end of the 2015/16 season. Hackett replaces Dolce & Gabbana as the official supplier.

"I have lived and worked in Chelsea and our flagship store is located in Chelsea, so when I was approached to dress the Chelsea team in formal kit it seemed the perfect opportunity to support the local team," said Jeremy Hackett, chairman and co-founder of the brand.

The club's development strategy in Asia has also facilitated the signing of this partnership: "Football has moved on tremendously in the last decade and Chelsea is now not only a first-class football team but also globally popular in markets where we too are growing our brand," said Jeremy Hackett.
