Olympique Lyonnais: J-M Aulas in Beijing on 13/12/2016, and then OL Groupe meeting on 15/12/2016

"Jianguang Li and Xiaoge Xiong, associates of IDG Capital Partners, will present to the Chinese press their partnership with Olympique Lyonnais and the joint venture between the two groups, at a press conference at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel Beijing (CHN), with Jean-Michel Aulas (president of Oympique Lyonnais), on Tuesday, 13/12/2016, at 21:30 local time (14:30 CET)," said Olympique Lyonnais on 02/12/2016.

OL Groupe, the holding company of Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1), announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chinese investment fund IDG Capital Partners, with the fund entering the capital of OL Groupe to 20%, on 12/08/2016. Investment amount: €100m (€30m to be paid between 16/12 and 31/12/2016, and €70m at the latest by 28/02/2017).

The MoU is accompanied by a proposed joint venture to promote brand awareness of Olympique Lyonnais and enhance its expertise in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
