Werder Bremen: McDonald's official supplier of the club, and inaugurates a McCafe at Weser-Stadion

McDonald's Deutschland, the German subsidiary of the American fast food chain, became an official supplier of SV Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) for three seasons (2016-2019), on 17/12/2016.

Under the partnership, the club and McDonald's will inaugurate (in the Weser-Stadion, home of Werder Bremen), a McCafe, the coffee chain of the US group, in which are mainly served hot beverages (coffee, tea, chocolate), and cakes and pastries, much like the Starbucks chain.

The new space is located in the VIP area of the North Stand of the Weser-Stadion area that seats up to 1,500 people. "This partnership with McCafe offers a way of increasing the diversity of our service to our VIP clients," said Oliver Rau, sales manager of SV Werder Bremen, on 17/12/2016.

Nürnberg, Ingolstadt, and Hannover also have a McCafe in their stadium
