2016 Supercoppa TIM: GolTV acquires TV rights in the US for Juventus - AC Milan in Doha (23/12/2016)

The US pay-TV channel GolTV has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights, in the USA, to the 2016 edition of the Supercoppa TIM, which pits Juventus FC (Italian champions in 2015-16) against AC Milan (Coppa Italia runners-up, beaten in the final by Juventus 1-0 a.e.t, on 22/05/2016), in Doha (Qatar) on Friday, 23/12/2016 at 11:30 time for US East coast time.

This is the second time, after the 2014 edition (Juventus - SSC Napoli, 2-2, 5-6 on penalties on 22/12/2014) that this super cup event will be hosted at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium (14,000 seats) in Doha.

In Italy, the Italian public broadcaster Rai will broadcast the game, after acquiring the rights of the Supercoppa TIM over the 2015-2018 period, the 10/04/2015.
