France: Jacques Lambert promoted to the rank of commander in the Légion d’honneur on 01/01/2017

Jacques Lambert (FRA) has been promoted to the rank of officer of the French Légion d’honneur, by decree of the President of the French Republic, François Hollande, dated 30/12/2016 and published in the official journal on 01/01/2017.

Jacques Lambert is cited in the quorum of the Ministry of the City, Youth, and Sports. An honorary prefect, Lambert has notably been executive director of the French Organising Committee for the 1998 World Cup (1993-1999), director general of the FFF (2005-2010), and president of the EURO 2016 SAS, the organiser of Euro 2016.
