Ligue 1: attendance for Matchday 20 of 2016-17, Marseille - AS Monaco draws 43,813 spectators

Matchday 20 of the 2016-17 Ligue 1 season drew an average of 21,369 spectators per game, for an average stadium fill rate of 70%, from 13 to 15/01/2017. The average attendance of French top division is currently 20,403 fans per game on the season (average fill rate: 67%).

Olympique de Marseille - AS Monaco (1-4) recorded the highest attendance of the weekend, with 43,814 spectators at the Velodrome Orange (75% fill rate). This was only the second time in the 2016-17 season that Marseille posted a fill rate over 70%.

Only two games of Matchday 20 drew more than 30,000 spectators. Six games out of 10 recorded a fill rate above 70%.
