Matchday 18 of the 2016-17 LaLiga Santander season drew an average of 30,109 spectators per match, for an average stadium fill rate of 72%, from 14 to 16/01/2017. The average attendance of the Spanish league is currently 28,452 fans per game in on the season (average fill rate: 75%).

FC Barcelona - UD Las Palmas (5-0) recorded the highest attendance of the weekend, with 81,840 fans at the Camp Nou (fill rate: 82%). FC Barcelona have drawn more than 80,000 spectators at six of its nine league home games in 2016-17.

Five games of ten of Matchday 18 drew more than 20,000 spectators. Six games posted a fill rate below 70%.

More spectators at the Camp Nou (81,840) than in the five least popular stadiums combined (78,837 in total)
