Ticketing: the German Association considering legal action against ticket marketplace Viagogo

The DFB (German Football Association) is considering filing a lawsuit against online ticket marketplace provider Viagogo, President of the German federation Wolfgang Niersbach announced on the 04/08/2013.

"The company is already selling tickets for the international match against Chile in 2014, while we have not even set the rates for this game. This approach does not seem trustworthy to me (...) Our lawyers will handle the question," Wolfgang Niersbach said. The game between Germany and Chile is scheduled for the 05/03/2014 in Stuttgart, at the Mercedes-Benz Arena (60,000 seats).

Viagogo proposes tickets at different price range. The cheapest tickets cost €49.90, and € 227.01 for the most expensive ones.
