MP & Silva: Suhyeon Cho (KOR) appointed chief commercial officer on 01/02/2017

The South Korean Suhyeon Cho has been appointed the chief commercial officer of the MP & Silva group, announced the media rights agency on 01/02/2017. Cho joined MP & Silva in 2008, and he was previously the managing director for Japan and South Korea.

"Cho will be responsible for driving the group’s commercial strategy in cooperation with group executive directors, Konstantinos Filippas (executive director in charge of content) and Roland Nikolaou (executive director in charge of the commercial side)," said the agency.

"Cho is one of the smartest and most successful businessmen in our industry. Numerous competitors and blue chip companies from the industry tried to lure him away from us over the last ten years. I am proud that we could convince Cho not only to stay with MP & Silva, but to accept the role as Chief Commercial Officer, heading all our business operations from the company’s HQ in London," said Jochen Lösch, the CEO of MP & Silva, on 01/02/2017.
