Manchester United: MUTV now accessible in 165 countries via a paid application

MUTV, the TV channel of Manchester United FC (Premier League), is now available in 165 countries worldwide via the MUTV application, announced the club on 16/02/2017. The paid app is available through the Apple Store and Google Play. The price varies according to country: $5.99 (€5.60) per month in the United States, or €6.99 per month in France (with one free month), for example.

"The MUTV app is the next phase of innovation at Manchester United. It allows our global family of 659 million followers to access the magic of Manchester United past and present direct to their mobile devices," said Richard Arnold, group managing director of Manchester United, on 16/02/2017.

• The application is not available in the UK and Ireland because of TV rights contract signed between the Premier League with Sky and BT for the 2016-2019 period.
