MLS: Philadelphia Union will recruit a chief tattoo officer for its players and employees

The Philadelphia Union (MLS) has posted a job for a chief tattoo officer, announced the franchise on 14/02/2017. This service will offer players and employees of the franchise to receive tattoo services, either at the boutique or at the club, according to their schedule. This is an unprecedented initiative by a football club, according to the Philadelphia Union.

The franchise may decide to recruit more than one person, or possibly coordinate with an "official tattoo parlor" of the club. Or the tattoo artists will "serve as ambassadors of the team, responding to media requests to talk about this initiative, knowing how to draw a snake (the prominent symbol of the club's badge), engaging on social networks to relay tattoos realised via this partnership, and participate in actions with supporters who want a tattoo to represent their passion for their favorite club," said the Philadelphia Union in the description of the job posting.
