NBA: game broadcasts available in virtual reality, at $7 per unit from 23/02/2017

The NBA is now marketing, by unit, one game per week in virtual reality starting from Thursday, 23/02/2017, announced the American basketball league on 17/02/2017. This game will be accessible via the NextVR platform, an audiovisual production company specialising in virtual reality, at the price of $7. The first game produced by Turner Sports and NextVR was the Portland Trail Blazers - Orlando Magic encounter (112 - 103) on 23/02/2017.

NextVR and the NBA had announced the broadcast of one game per week in virtual reality during the 2016-17 season, on 20/10/2016. These games are streamed on the NextVR platform and the NBA League Pass subscription. To see the game, users must subscribe to the "NBA League Pass" offer, at $200 per season (offer still available).
