LaLiga: beer brand Mahou San Miguel extends its partnership with the Spanish League until 2020

The Spanish beer group Mahou Cinco Estrellas has extended its second level partnership with LaLiga for three more seasons (2017-2020), on 23/02/2017. The Mahou San Miguel brewery has been a partner of the Spanish Professional Football League since 2006. The amount of the new contract is estimated at €3m per season.

The agreement also includes the mineral water brand Solan de Cabras, who succeeds Cabreiroá (Hijos de Rivera group, the owner of the Estrella Galicia beer group), whose partnership with LaLiga concluded at the end of 2015-16. Mahou San Miguel is also a partner of five LaLiga Santander clubs (including Real Madrid CF and Club Atlético de Madrid) and six LaLiga 1|2|3 clubs (including Getafe CF) in 2016-17.
