Matchday 27 of the 2016-17 Ligue 1 season drew an average attendance of 26,185 spectators per game (average stadium fill rate of 64%) from 24 to 26/02/2017, making this the best round the Ligue 1 season in terms of attendance. The average attendance of the French league is currently 20,448 fans per game in 2016-17 (average fill rate: 67%).

Olympique de Marseille - Paris Saint-Germain (1-5) recorded the highest attendance of the matchday, with 65,252 spectators at the Orange Vélodrome (sold out). This match is the best crowd of the 2016-17 season in Ligue 1, of all clubs, and a new historical record crowd for the Marseille stadium. Excluding OM - PSG, the average attendance per game was 21,844 during Matchday 27.

Five games drew more than 25,000 spectators. Four games of 10 recorded a fill rate above 80%.
