Germany: pay-TV channel Sportdigital acquires the TV rights to the 2017 Chinese Super League

Sportdigital has acquired the TV rights, for Germany, to the 2017 Ping An CSL season, said the German pay TV channel on 24/04/2017. Sportdigital will broadcast one or two of eight games per matchday of the competition, starting with Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC - Jiangsu Suning FC on Sunday, 05/03/2017 Sunday (12:30 CET). The group should also provide summaries of all games of the Chinese league, which has 16 teams.

"We are delighted to now offer for the first time to our viewers the Chinese Super League, the football league now more talked about, live and exclusively on German television," Said Gisbert Wundram, CEO of Sportdigital, on 24/02/2017.

• The 2017 Chinese Super League season takes place from 03/03 to 04/11/2017.
