Bundesliga: Borussia Dortmund launch its own resale platform for season ticket holders

Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) have launched its own exchange platform for match tickets, on 06/03/2017. This platform, built into the club's ticketing website and created in collaboration with the German ticketing management company Eventim Sports, will be managed by the Dortmund ticketing section.

"The official secondary ticketing market is a valuable and important step in the fight against the black market and the illegal sale of tickets," said Hans-Joachim Watzke, the CEO of Borussia Dortmund, on 06/03/2017.

Borussia Dortmund currently have the highest average attendance in the Bundesliga in 2016-17, with 78,722 spectators after 23 matchdays.

Dortmund: 54,916 out of 55,000 (99.85%) have renewed their season ticket for 2016-17
