Matchday 28 of the 2016-17 LaLiga Santander season drew an average of 31,983 spectators per game, for an average stadium fill rate average of 83%, from 17 to 19/03/2017. The average attendance of the Spanish league is currently 28,174 fans per game in 2016-17 (average fill rate: 75%).

FC Barcelona - Valencia CF (4-2) recorded the best attendance of the weekend, with 78,675 fans at the Camp Nou (fill rate: 78%). This is the fourth time in which the Catalan club has not exceeded the 80,000 mark for a home game.

Five games of Matchday 28 drew more than 30,000 spectators, and six games of 10 exceeded an 80% fill rate.

  • The 20 La Liga clubs posted an average attendance of 28,112 spectators per game in 2015-16.
