Ligue 1: Puma to replace adidas as the kit supplier of Olympique de Marseille (2018-2023)

Puma will become the official supplier of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1) from the 2018-19 season, announced the club and the sports equipment brand, the latter property of the Kering group, on 26/03/2017. The contract, with a duration of five years, will run until the end of the 2022-23 season, for an annual amount estimated at between €14m and €15m. Puma thus replaces adidas, technical partner of Olympique de Marseille uninterruptedly since 1996-97 (and now through 2017-18), whose contract non-extension with the club was formally announced on 13/03/2017. adidas pays an estimated €10m per season to the Marseille club.
