CAF: Hédi Hamel appointed Communication, Media, and TV adviser to the new president, Ahmad Ahmad

Ahmad Ahmad (Madagascar), the new CAF president elected on 16/03/2017, "presented himself to the CAF staff, at the headquarters of the proceedings in Cairo (Egypt), on 26/03/2017, along with two members of his cabinet, his communications adviser, Hedi Hamel, and his legal counsel, Ludovic Christian Lomotsy," said the African Confederation, on 26/03/2017.

Ahmad Ahmad became president of CAF by defeating Issa Hayatou (Cameroon), who held this position since 1988, 34 votes to 20 on 16/03/2017.

"I confirm that the new president, Mr. Ahmad, asked me and then appointed me to his cabinet, as an adviser in charge of Communication, Media, and Television," said Hédi Hamel, president of the French agency TV Media Sport TV, to News Tank Football on 27/03/2017.
