"The key factor in our international marketing position is that Ligue 1 has the football stars of tomorrow, thanks to the excellence of the French training centres. The primary objective of Angela Sun, VP business development of the French football office in Beijing (CHN), is to offer our TV rights to Chinese broadcasters, and to grow our brand awareness in China," said Gaël Caselli, head of international development of the LFP, in the first day of Sportem 2017, on 27/03/2017.

The 3rd edition of the Sportem event, a European salon for sports marketing and licensing, took place at the Parc des Princes in Paris (FRA) on 27 and 28/03/2017. Gaël Caselli participated in the round table titled "Development of an International Brand", alongside Silvio Vigato (co-chief revenue officer of Juventus), Julien Poinsot (associate of NBA Europe), and Carsten Couchouron, sales and marketing director of European Professional Club Rugby.
